Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Egiti (the "Service"). Egiti operates the app discovery platform accessible at egiti.com and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Changes to Terms

Egiti reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will publish the updated Terms on our Platform and note the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property

The Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall layout and structure, is the exclusive property of Egiti or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your use of the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display publicly, or otherwise exploit the Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Egiti or the appropriate rights holder. All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

Note: If you submit any user-generated content to the Platform, you grant Egiti a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

The Platform functions as an app discovery directory. While Egiti may provide links to third-party apps and their listings (including pages hosted on the Google Play Store), Egiti does not host or store the actual apps on egiti.com. The apps themselves are hosted and operated by third-party platforms such as Google Play and by respective developers. Clicking or engaging with such third-party links may transfer you away from the Platform to external sites or services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

Egiti does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any third-party apps, content, or services accessed via the Platform. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for the availability, content, or security of apps listed through Google Play or other app stores. Your use of any third-party app or service is at your own risk, and you should review the terms and privacy policies of the third-party store (for example, Google Play) before downloading or using any app.

5. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Egiti disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or security. Egiti does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The information presented on the Platform may be incomplete or outdated, and Egiti bears no responsibility for correcting or updating such information.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Egiti, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms. The maximum aggregate liability of Egiti for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid by you to access the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Egiti and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

Egiti reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and may have any data or content associated with your account deleted, in accordance with our data retention policies.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Egiti is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the complete and exclusive understanding between you and Egiti regarding the Platform and supersede all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
